Pastoral Council

Pastoral Council

The Pastoral Council is presided over by the parish priest. It is made up of members of the parish who are engaged in the pastoral care of the parish. The members of the council consider matters concerning pastoral work in the parish and assist in proposing practical measures. It is a consultative body which helps the priest coordinate the different pastoral ventures which the priest and faithful of the parish are undertaking or are proposing to undertake.
