Fr. Lenin's Message

Grace and Peace my beloved St. Helena parishioners. 
 
I am praying with you during this holy season in which our Lord is calling us to renew our Baptismal promises especially, to strengthen our love for one another.
 
As you well know, this health crisis has been affecting in a negative way many communities around the world.  St. Helena, your spiritual community has been impacted drastically.  You are very well aware of the many measures we have implemented in our community: no Mass on Sundays, no ministry meetings, no Religious Education, no social gatherings and the list goes on.
 
Today I am writing to you with a spiritual and a secular plea: First, please continue keeping our spiritual community in your prayers so that soon, with God’s Grace, we may be able to come together again as the Body of Christ and continue serving one another.  Additionally, I would like to ask you to consider the economic impact St. Helena is experiencing: no Masses equals no collections, no meetings equal no fundraising activities.  I am 100% sure that you are aware that our parish depends on the generosity of our parishioners. 
 
At this moment, St. Helena is facing a financial crisis due to this unexpected moment in history.  Rest assured, your prayers and financial generosity will help your Parish Community to keep the doors open throughout this crisis and fulfill our spiritual responsibilities.

Soon we will be able to celebrate how we were able to overcome this challenge in our lives. Your sacrifice, love, and dedication for St. Helena has ensured the overall continuation of what our parish does best, to proclaim our faith in Jesus Christ.
